The Firm

• We are a boutique firm providing personal service to our clients, all of whom are important. 

• We process more than 1000 income tax returns per annum.

• More than 300 XERO subscriptions are connected to us.

• Located in Bethlehem for more than 20 years, the Accounting practice was formed in 2000.  Geoff Tweed joined in 2007 and became a partner in 2010,  Kevin Fox retired in 2023. 

• For over two decades we've built strong relationships with our clients, offering consistent and reliable accounting services and advice.

• We give our clients the flexibility to choose how often they would like to personally interact with us.

The Staff

• Eight staff members on site, all local.  Three are Chartered Accountants. The average length of service is currently 8 years.

• We happily invest in staff training.  Our dedicated professional team is regularly updated on the latest tax law changes.  

Geoff Tweed  BMS, Chartered Accountant, Certificate of Public Practice

Geoff grew up in Tauranga before completing his BMS degree at Waikato University in 1988.  He began his career at Ernst & Young and then worked for various businesses firstly in New Zealand and then for eight years in the Netherlands.  In late 2006 he returned to Tauranga to live and joined the Accountancy firm shortly afterwards.

Geoff's business experience outside of standard accountancy includes

• Finance Director of NZ importer and distributor Mowtown Farm & Garden Ltd

• General Manager of Dutch/Norwegian exporter Kverneland International BV

• ERP Project Manager, GEA Refrigeration Division, The Netherlands

• Interim Manager of Oil and Gas company in Australia

• Minority Shareholder in two local IT start-up companies

• Property Investor since 2001

When not working Geoff enjoys spending time with family and is a keen musician.
